Music Sync Licensing

Custom Music Composition
Can’t find that perfect song to fit your storyline? Some productions need special music content in certain spots. This requires working with a music production team and artist to provide the correct sound and lyrics to create the right ‘vibe’ for that moment. Searchlight Music Group has many production teams that create music in many different styles that can be pulled in to create just the right music for what the production needs.
Music Supervision
Searchlight Music Group will work with the production team to determine what kind of music is needed for the project, then provide choices for each section where music is needed. We will work with the production team to determine the style and genre of the background music – be it pop, rock, country, electronica, hip hop, retro, etc. – then we will bring in the best options for the production team to choose from for the project. Need help with casting musicians and singers in your production? Sometimes productions call for musicians to be part of the actual film, television, etc. project. From sideline work to actually performing live on set, Searchlight Music Group will help you cast the right musicians based on the look and sound that best fits your project.
Music Soundtracks
Need help with your entire music soundtrack? Music soundtracks can provide additional exposure and revenue for both the production company and the artists involved. Searchlight Music Group will create and release a digital soundtrack for the project, including all legal agreements and manage the royalty payments to artists and production company. Searchlight will also work with the production company’s marketing group to determine the best time to release the soundtrack so it can help promote the project upon release.
